1.Ask us to delete it
Email us from the address your Streamora account uses:
Email: streamoraiptvplayer@gmail.com
Subject: Delete my Streamora account
Nothing else is needed — no reason, no form. We confirm within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
We ask you to write from the account's own email address because that is the only way we can tell it is really you. We will not delete an account on someone else's word. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use the address that sign-in is attached to.
2.If you never signed in
There is no account and nothing on our servers. Everything Streamora knows about your setup lives on the device itself. Clear the app's data through your device settings, or uninstall the app, and it is gone.
3.What gets deleted
Everything we hold that is tied to your account is destroyed:
- Your sign-in record — email address, and the link to Google or Apple if you used one
- Your encrypted provider credentials — the sealed server addresses, usernames, passwords and MAC addresses synced from your devices
- Your encryption key — the per-account key that unlocks those credentials, which makes any residual copy permanently unreadable
- Your library — favorites, watch history and continue-watching positions
- Your synced settings — preferences carried between devices
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first.
4.What is not ours to delete
- Your IPTV subscription. Streamora is a player. Your provider's account is with them, not us — contact your provider to cancel it.
- Data on your own devices. Clear the app's data or uninstall it to remove the local copy.
- Your app store purchase record. Google, Apple and Microsoft keep their own transaction history under their own policies.
5.Anonymous usage data
Streamora records a small amount of anonymous usage data — whether setup and playback succeeded or failed, and the category of failure. It is never linked to your account or to you, so deleting your account does not affect it and it identifies nobody once your account is gone. You can switch it off at any time in Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage data.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
